I needed a plumber to come out as soon as possible due to a huge leak in my kitchen sink where water was continuously running. The repairs could only be done during a two hour time frame the next day since that was when the community would have the water shut off. I called YB Plumbing after calling several other calls to local plumbers and Erica was very nice and very understanding of my situation. She promised me a return call to verify they could make it out only after checking with her workers. She promised me that she would continually check in with her workers until they were at my house during the time the water would be off. They actually showed up early (which was also fine) and got the job done just as they promised. I was very thankful for their EXTREMELY fast turn around and commitment to the job. Not only was the job performed well and quickly, they also only charged half the price that a different company quoted. I really appreciated their hard work and their ability to come fix my issue within 12 hours of calling the company. I would recommend this company to others.
