All you ask for in life is to be given a chance! Esther Kolko, owner of " Esther's Encredible Edibles" did just that, when she hired me to work for her back in 1999. With that opportunity and Esther's encouragement to start my own catering company, the American dream was realized. In June 2002 we started Paradise Cuisine Catering located in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Proudly Serving the Florida Panhandle !
