HALO (Health & Legal Options) is a free attorney and physician referral service in compliance and registered with the Florida Bar. If you do not want an attorney and you are involved in an auto accident, then HALO will allow you to customize your treatment with a chiropractor, pain management specialists, physical therapist, or orthopedist. Call HALO and you can get scheduled according to your availability, even if it's the same day. WARNING: Florida law currently mandates that only an MD or DO can declare and Emergency Medical Condition (EMC) within 14 days of an accident for your auto insurance to cover your claim under the $10,000 Personal Injury Protection (PIP). If you want a chiropractic and massage therapy after and EMC, then notify HALO of your intent to change providers.

If you want an attorney, unlike 1-800 and 411 numbers advertising on TV and radio, HALO neither receives money from lawyers for referrals nor employs physicians that bill (and usually exhaust) PIP insurance. HALO considers several case-specific factors (location, type of accident, type of injury, primary language, etc.) and uses its more than 25 years of collective knowledge and experience to put injured parties with attorneys and physicians that have helped thousands of accident victims. Every attorney meets the criteria defined by the Florida Bar, and all of the physicians hold board certifications (unless chiropractic is requested).

No auto insurance, no problem. If your auto insurance is exhausted and you have an attorney, we will place you with a physician no matter the specialty. We also place straight LOP cases (motorcycle accident and slip-and-falls).
