Dr. Freedman-Harvey provides Forensic Expert Witness services in the area of Geriatric Forensics. Psychological evaluations at the request of attorneys and conservators in the area of Mental Capacity Evaluations, Capacity to Amend a Trust / Will / Estate Plan / Power of Attorney. Psychological evaluations of Decisional Capacity in the areas of Financial Capacity, Healthcare Decisions, and Quality of Life Decisions, and Conservatorships.

Dr. Freedman-Harvey is frequently engaged as an Expert Witness and Consultant for Trials related to Will Contests, Trust Litigation, Lack of Capacity, and Susceptibility to Undue Influence.

Dr. Freedman-Harvey provides consultation, reports, deposition testimony and trial testimony; he has experience with Jury Trials.
