Alpha Lock Amarillo,INC Licensed Legal, Educated, Experienced, Insured, Ethical No Bait and Switch Pricing
Our service area is 150 mile radius of Amarillo, TX . That's the entire 26,000 square mile Texas Panhandle!
In the State of Texas locksmiths are required to have locksmith licenses issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety/ Private Security Bureau. In order to be licensed one must pass an FBI background check and prove they have education, experience, and insurance coverage.
The State has issued an authorization form we must have filled out before we can open a vehicle or a structure. By asking to see a state issued picture ID we know the customer has the authority to enter the property. This measure of security is implemented to protect the customer and the locksmith. While this process is a State law it is often an irritation to our customers. Please bear with us.
Gabrielle Stanhope owns Alpha Lock Amarillo, INC. As a woman owned business owner Gabrielle oversees safe sales and accounts payable and receivable. Being a woman Gabrielle sees customer service from a woman's perspective. The locksmiths are required to wear company identifying clothing and a picture of the locksmith serving customers can be texted or emailed to the customer ahead of time.
We are a full service locksmith company offering expert lock, key and safe sales, service and installation. We also offer access control and restricted key systems.
Access control can best be explained by simply saying the locks to a building are operated by the flip of switch. An example would be in an office building where there is concern for the safety of the employees. Perhaps there are valuable products produced and security would be enhanced by restricting foot traffic away form the production area. The employee could see a visitor through a window or a security camera and allow or deny access into the area or the entire building. A speaker system may be an added benefit.
Restricted key systems are an economic option for business owners. We have keys that are forged in the factory with our code number stamped on the head of the key. It takes a special machine to cut the key blank. We own the key and we own the machine to cut the key blank. When the business owner gives a restricted key to an employee the owner has peace of mind the employee can not go to a hardware store and have the key copied. Another locksmith wont make a copy of a restricted key not registered to them. We keep a copy of the business owners signature on file. No keys will be cut without a written order form the business owner with a signature that matches the signature on file. If the employee comes to our shop to have a copy made we will not cut the key until we have written permission from the business owner. When the employee terminates employment there is no reason to have all the locks rekeyed as long as the restricted key is returned to the business owner.
A master key system is another option we offer businesses. The purpose of a master key system is to allow business owner access to every lock on the property while various employees are given keys that only unlock specific locks. A master key system can be integrated with a restricted key system.
It is the goal of this company to exceed the expectations of our customers. If ever we miss the mark please let us know.
We install panic bars, high security locks, and rolling security shutters too!
