KW Construction & Restoration

K.W. Construction & Restoration (KW) is a full service emergency mitigation and restoration company. KW’s services include: 24 hour emergency response for water, sewer, and fire damage, as well as, mold mitigation, deodorization systems, historical restorations, remodels, interior trim, contents restoration, pack-out and inventory service, and document drying. KW also offers a full service cabinet shop.

K.W. Construction is bonded and insured. Business coverage includes general liability, including – professional, pollution and Bailee, automotive, property and workers compensation insurance. Copies of insurance certificates are available. KW is Colorado owned and has been in business for 25 years.

KW makes monetary donations each year to local charities and is a supporter of Lake County Youth Sports. KW is an active member of the Leadville/Twin Lakes Chamber of Commerce and Heart of the Rockies Chamber of Chaffee County. Trade memberships include the Summit County Builders Assoc., the National Assoc. Of Builders (NAHB) and the Lake County Builders Assoc. KW is a certified firm with The Clean Trust and Restoration Industry Association (RIA).

KW has worked successfully with Vail Associates, East West Partners Group, UPA Construction Group (formerly Amako Resort Construction, Inc.), AT&T (Bresnan) Cable, the 10th Mountain Division Hut Association, Summit County, Colorado Historical Society, Colorado Preservation, Inc., the owners of the Delaware Hotel, Saint Vincent General Hospital, Vail Hospital, Mercy Hospital (Iowa), Copper Mountain, Lake and Chaffee County School Districts, Colorado Mountain College, Freeport-McMoRan, Climax Molybdenum Company, Vail Spa and many homeowners. KW’s projects have ranged from less than $1,000.00 to more than $2,000,000.00 in size. KW is staffed with qualified and professional personnel to handle a wide range of projects. KW is willing to take on both small and large projects. KW is available nationwide to provide emergency response in catastrophic natural events.

KW’s primary geographical service areas include Lake, Eagle, Park, Summit, Chaffee and Gunnison Counties. However, KW has done and will do projects throughout Colorado. In addition, KW has partnered with other companies such as TRC and Royal Plus on National restoration work.
