What a great Dacor propane kitchen stove with Electric oven from Appliances Connection. Most online companies make you wait for 3 or more weeks to get the appliance to you but with ApplianceConnection I got delivery in little over a week, with friendly delivery people that brought the item right on my house. Their price was cheaper than anywhere else. I tried to shop local and would have paid, after taxes, $100 more for the same item, and it wouldn't have been delivered to my house. I would definitely look here again for any other appliance purchases. It did take 7 days to ship, which is acceptable, but they gave me no idea how long it would take to a ship out, so I was a bit worried it wouldn't ship for a little while. But it did. I rated shipping n/a just because I haven't received the dishwasher yet.

Special thank you to Jenny who was amazingly nice and helpful. I ordered a couple of pedestals for our washer/dryer only to find that in the move, our appliances broke. Fortunately I called within minutes of our products being shipped. Jenny took care of things instantly. She called over to shipping, had the items pulled and put in a full refund. Granted, AppliancesConnection didn't sell a product through me, but we avoided a return and a consumer headache. Jenny was kind, quick and professional. Excellent experience with Appliance Connection. Ordered a washer and dryer from another online retailer who told me they were in stock and would ship out in next couple days. 4 days later I get a backorder email. So...I searched again, found them here, at a cheaper price, in the warehouse, and ready to be shipped. Plus, Adam gave an additional discount on the order. From New York to my garage in Ohio in 1 week AND I got almost a daily email giving me a status update. Job well done. Will order again and recommend to friends and family. Thanks.

The discounts and rebates you can get through this company make it definitely worth it to purchase your appliances from. The only criticism I have is that it took longer to receive the products than expected. Next time, I will make sure I order well in advance so I am not without a refrigerator for three weeks. Besides that, all of my products are top of the line and operate perfectly.

Appliance Connection had the best price on the item I purchased. They had some issues with the supplier but were quick to contact them. They were good at letting me know what was going on with my order, but I had to contact them. I would have liked to get weekly updates without me having to contact them myself. Once the item was received in their warehouse they had a VERY quick turn around and the shipping company they used was awesome..

I was shopping for a French door fridge and dishwasher for my kitchen remodel. An acquaintance pointed me to AppliancesConnection.com. I had done lots of research on what we wanted and price comparisons and decided to order from them. As I was completing my order I had a question and decided to give them a call. Owen answered all my question and was so helpful. The appliances were delivered to my home in Sacramento CA from Brooklyn, NY in record time, 4 days earlier than scheduled (but with an advance call, so no surprises) without a scratch.
