Charles also comes from a retail background. During and after college he owned and operated 9 Athlete's Foot stores in Los Angeles malls. After merging with Second Sole, he built the chain to 40 stores and later converted them to franchises and growing the chain to 80 stores. After Selling Second Sole, he and a partner opened a chain of 19 Computerized Cobblers which revolutionized the shoe repair industry.

After selling the Computerized Cobbler, he dabbled in the import / distributor business before entering the real estate business. His vast business experience has helped him develop a simple listing process that has forged proven results. He will correctly evaluate the property, give maximum exposure, bring multiple buyers to the property, negotiate for the seller, and make sure that everything is completed in a timely manner so that the property closes on time.
