Moulton-Barrett, M.D., is an internationally known and acknowledged surgeon who holds the rare distinction of being board certified in two distinct surgical specialties, The American Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and The American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Licensed as a physician in California since 1989, Dr. Moulton-Barrett shares his medical and surgical expertise in many hospital environments throughout the Bay Area and has active surgical privileges at Alta Bates Medical Center in Berkeley, Oakland Children’s Hospital, Alameda Hospital, Alameda Hospital, San Leandro Surgery Center and Sutter Delta Medical Center in Antioch.
