"We concentrate on safety while working out the whole body in each workout done in a 45 minute session. Our exercises are in between solid core and classical pilates, you get the benefits of both worlds without the injuries. It doesnt matter if you have never worked out or it has been a few years, if you're a fitness addict or just looking for something different, we will make sure you get what your looking for in a safe and trusting inviroment. We supply mineral infused filtered water, towels and equipment, Grip socks are required but if you don't have any, no worries, we supply and sell them too."
