About a month ago, an external hard drive of mine was damaged when an object fell off a shelf and landed on it. I've brought it to several local computer shops, but they have been unable to fix it. I located FileRetrieval via Google search and they were able to recover 100% of the information. From case opening to delivery of my recovered data, I was always kept informed of status and everyone involved was great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I sometimes think I can fix anything, so I took the hard drive out of my desktop pc and played around with it. When I put it back in it sounded awful! I shut it down and called FileRetrieval.com. I sent my hrddisk out to them, they performed a hard drive recovery. I received a call two days later and I got all my files back in a week! What was shocking was the cost! Would higly recommend them to all my colleagues.

My hard drive recently failed, and I was concerned about recovering my documents that had been lost. Their prices seemed reasonable, so I went forward with their data recovery services. All of my documents were recovered extremely quickly (in about 2 days) and the ending price was a mere fraction of what I would have spent at other companies, and all of my documents were recovered.

Best service around! Within 4 days I had my drive back with 100% retrieval success. While it s being worked on I was also sent daily email updates of the progress so I could be a little more at ease which was really helpful. When it was done, no hidden fees just a flat $300. Another service in the area told me it would be $1/gig...which would ve been $750 for my drive! Totally lucked out with these guys.
