Trade Squad gave considered advice when discussing the works required our renovation needs and gave a very reasonable estimate taking into account our budget constraints. Jack and the team did their best to keep things clean and tidy and were considerate in the way they worked. We had a couple of extra jobs that were incorporated without difficulty. They were reliable - always arriving when they said they would and keeping us informed, also replying quickly if we left a message. I never thought I would find anyone who could fit in or assemble my wardrobe/drawers. Until I stumbled across Trade Squad’s website. I had two minor problems that he could easily have charged me over £100 for, and I would have been no wiser. All he charged was the call out fee. My fence needed to be repaired; I shopped around and Trade Squad Property Maintenance had the best estimate. They had excellent communication and were easy to work with. They reviewed my needs thoroughly, were very communicative and gave some very good advice on how to proceed. When it came time for the fence repair/installation they were extremely professional. The work was done in a timely manner and was of very high quality. I would definitely keep them in mind for any other similar work I might need, and would definitely recommend them.

Trade Squad has just fitted our new oak floor (living and dining room), and we can't fault the service and quality of work, which have been of the highest standard. Jack was very obliging and helpful at all stages, finding samples for us to look at and giving advice when we asked for it. The workmanship was exceptional: there was no cutting of corners, and it was clear that Jack takes a pride in what he does. Warmly recommended.
