Our wealth of experience within the trenchless technology industry, combined with a strong focus on safety, quality, the environment, project management and the latest trenchless equipment ensures that UEA is often chosen by major utility alliances for high risk, difficult projects. In most cases these projects have a combination of longer distances, larger diameters, tight grade requirements and generally involve difficult ground conditions.

The trenchless division can attribute its success to its people. The senior management team, including the two Directors, General Manager and two Operational Managers have over 80 years of experience within the trenchless technology industry. The team of Project Managers are tertiary qualified from civil and industrial backgrounds and have a hands-on approach to project management; and the drill teams are led by some of the best drillers in the business. Our more experienced drillers have a minimum of 10 years experience with all types of terrain from clay to hard rock.
