Hospice
Hospice is a loving and compassionate care management process designed to provide
comfort and support to patients and their families when a life-limiting illness no longer responds to cure-oriented treatment, or when a person decided to stop pursuing active treatment for an otherwise terminal disease.

- 100% of medications under Hospice Diagnosis
- 100% of DME (hospital bed, O2, walkers, etc)
- Laboratory services
- Ambulance and or transport services
- Short-term inpatient stays in skilled nursing Facility for family relief (respite or GIP services)
- Bereavement support and counseling services

Hospice is palliative care focused on alleviating pain, anxiety and discomfort.Hospice patients are cared for by a team of doctors, nurses, social workers, counselors, home health aides, clergy, therapists, and volunteers. Each provide assistance based on his or her area of expertise. In addition, hospice helps provide medications, supplies, equipment, hospital services, and additional helpers in the home
