No customer service

The people that work at this rental place have no sence of customer service. I think this place has to have a training course for the people they hire, especially if the job requires to deal with people on a day to day basis. Walked in no one greeted me. I had to inisiate the conversation. Then when I finally got the car. They gave me the keys then told me it was outside to the left look for the license plate. I couldn't believe how rude they were. The only thing I do recommend about Avis is that they have a special discount rate if your car is in the shop.

Canadian very impressed with servicet from Avis

I have been visiting Phoenix for the past 3 years, but its only the last few months that I have had the pleasure of dealing with Avis at Bell Towne Plaza, specifically Dave and Vince. They treated me wonderfully, always getting me a car with a sunroof. But they outdid themselves with this last rental, it was fantastic, a red convertible!! Being from Canada where the weather is not conducive for this luxury, I was absolutely thrilled; this was the icing on the cake. If it were not for the friendly, fantastic (and funny) staff from this Avis location, I might have spent my last two weeks in Phoenix driving who knows what. Thank you Vince and Dave, you made my holiday...I will be back!

Avis Rent A Car is outstanding at E Bell Road

Avis Rent-A-Car on E Bell Rd has over many months delivered great service and price. Vince has been most accommodating. Don't forget to leave the key!
