I had problems with thermostats in two rooms. This plumber started work in garage, back garden and the kitchen. He drained water from the system and wanted to go upstairs (both thermostats are located on the first floor) to finish the job. I kindly asked him to take off his boots before going upstairs, or place plastic covers over his boots. Plumber said that his boots are clean (of course, every plumber has clean boots). After my second request to take off boots, he instead drove away, with the job incomplete and with no explanation. AVOID AT ALL COST!
