Our 2-3 week bathroom installation by Shaun Davies took 49 days of lies, arguments, sleepless nights and tears. There are still unresolved issues which he will not fix until we pay in full, which obviously we are not going to do until we are satisfied. This is the last threatening email Shaun Davies sent to us. Mark Let me start by saying what a dispicable, manipulative, dishonest and deceitful individual you are. I welcome all feedback from customers, it's very valuable. Your feedback however is as worthless as your word. My opinion is shared by every single contractor that had the displeasure to work at your property. 5 people can't be wrong can they?? Gary is the exception I should add to be completely honest. It's only there level of professionalism that stopped each and every one of them from walking off your job a long time ago. Congratulations Mark,I have never witnessed such a situation in almost 7 years of trading. Feel free to keep the balance you never intended to pay from day one, I'm not even remotely surprised. I quite frankly don't want or need your money. Both your labour and product guarantee are completely void. If I do find the time and inclination I should advise you that the debt will be handed to Creditsafe to deal with. All proceeds received will go to charity. In the meantime, If you decide to publicly air your lies and distorted opinions in any form I will escalate this situation to another level Mark. I believe you run a small business of sorts yoursel, therefor you will obviously understand my protectiveness against malicious untruths that I'm sure you actually believe which is quite worrying.
