My son in law organized a removal using this company in 2013 and from start to finish ( still not ended) has been a disaster and i would advise anyone to avoid,avoid,avoid. They smashed a lot of my belongings and quoted my son in law a few hours of work and took 12 hours then did not stick to the original quote and tried to charge him for more so he refused. For over a year he has insisted as the contract was between him and them to contact him at his home address which they refused and decided in October 2014 (10 months on ) to stupidly try and sue me ( the contract was not with me) and the courts threw it out and i have been awarded costs and damages and now i have instructed baliffs and high court enforcement officers. They should know better than to try and hide behind other business names and also try and sue me and i am an old lady and ill and i am so glad i have fought and won and now the law will come down on them. They are utter con artists and try idle threats to relatives of customers and they should not do that and need to be brought to light. For proof i have all paperwork proving this and would never ever recommend them to anyone ever and do not believe any " good reviews" as you will find half are written from their employees and goafers but of course they will deny this but IP addresses can easily be checked out.......Appalling and i hope they get all that is coming to them shortly when court officers visit at all addresses including home addresses.

Unfortunately this is the second review I have had to write as the saga continues . This company avoid at all costs , they ruined our removal for a elderly relative and I asked them to issue court papers so we could thrash it out in court for damages , refusal to pay for bad workmanship etc and they have not bothered so now they have resorted to HARRASSING my relative in her home address expecting her to give post to me or pass it on as they see her as a weak person and a way to me because I can handle it ...they are cowards and a mockery of removal companies and have been associated with many different business names so be warned DO NOT USE...I am disgusted they can try and use heavy handed motives to scare minger someone like this and I have involved the police over their tactics ... They will also try and get any review removed unless it's written by staff members of course which a lot are and then they will say the staff were found after they did a move for them , funny that as dates don't tally that well , nor does their memory . They have not got proper insurance , not regulated in anyway and seriously they will lie to you and do whatever it takes to rip you off . But when they can't get money out of you they will then harass family members and threaten them and scare them ....good job the police are involved .....they are not the only ones who can do visits . Ignore any responses they put and keep all correspondence so these sites will leave your reviews as they are the truth and they will do anything to lie and get them removed ..

We used the little removals company and found them to be very professional. They turned up on time and were very quick and efficient.
