I love this place. I took the prenatal classes religiously. Maria is the best yoga instructor I have ever had and really had a way with guiding us to connect with our growing baby and pending parenthood. It was exercise, it was spiritual, it was preparation for birth and it was a great place to meet other future moms all wrapped up in one. ps. I really believe it helped me cope during my all-natural birth process!

Real Yoga
Prana Yoga is my second home. I LOVE the yoga classes, all the teachers are excellent and very knowledgeable about yoga (not just the physical but the spiritual and philosophy) Since the recent expansion the studio is better than ever adding to their staff the best masseuse in the world. As soon as you walk through the door the Front Desk staff greets you with big smiles, making you feel that you are amongst family. I highly recommend Prana Yoga to everyone!!!!!

Excellent place to learn and practice yoga
A friend invited me to come to Prana Yoga one Sunday and I have been going now regularly (now Saturday and Sunday) for almost 2 years. The practice is incredibly healthy and gives me a much better understanding of my body and what it needs to stay healthy. The teachers are wonderful, very well trained and very attentive to the subtle aspects of what my body is doing when I don't see it. I love the practice and the place I practice in.

This place is a huge part of my life! I have learned so much from all the wonderful teachers. My practice has evolved and my knowledge of yoga philosophy expanded. Is the only studio in which I have felt the true power of yoga.
