The Worst German Food Ever
This was probably the worst dining experience that my friends and I had in a very, very long time in Miami. The service was awful and our server must have been wacked out on something. Not only was she an airhead, but she forgot half our order - 3 times. The food was sub-mediocre at best when it did come. The few people that were there were a bunch of burned out drunks. It smelled like the place had not been cleaned in over a year. We couldn't even use the bathrooms due to severe sanitation issues, and had to leave to go to another restaurant to use their facilities. Over priced beer and under delivered ambiance is what I got from this glorified hot dog stand.Worse Food on the Planet
I went there with some friends and the food was awful, the prices were insane, the service was terrible and the manager had the worse breath on the planet. This place is totally worth it!
Hello my name is Ivan I have never been to a bar where I have actually felt as if I was at home in Germany. The food reminded me much of home like my mothers cooking lol. The service was great my waiter was accurate in receiving my orders for my friends and I, The beer was very satisfying and once again the food was GREAT! The restaurant itself was clean and as well my friends and I stayed even after dining to watch the game in all it was a satisfying, fun and great experience I've have had since I have been living here. The FRITZ & FRANZ BIERHAUS can only be described in one word GREAT! Great for sports junkies, Great for beer lovers, and Great for familys and friends who just want go to a fun friendly environment and have a great time in a German/Austrian orientated restaurant!Best Austrian/German Food in Miami!
Best Austrian/German food you will ever find in Miami!! That's if you know it! I am Austrian, and have not come accross a better Wiener Schnitzel or scrumptious sausages anywhere else in Miami, and I have tried many places over the past 15 years. It tastes just like eating in Austria.Worst place ever
the owner is a complete jerk and like the other guy says his breath is horrible. the food is bad and ridiculously over priced. i mean $16 for a burger. service was terrible. i went with some friends and the entire staff was hanging outside while there were clients inside desperate for service. I asked for water and they wanted to get my plastic cup back. i understand minimalism and recycling/reusing, in fact am all for it, but they were like "bring me your used plastic cup cause these are for beer, if u want water pay for a bottle." never going back there. horrible placeWent to Fritz and Franz Bierhaus for Coral Gable's 4th Annua
Went to the 'Bierhaus; as part of Coral Gable's 4th Annual Restaurant Week, June 6-19th. Googled 'German Restaurants', Miami, Florida and found the "Fritz and Franz Bierhaus†Restaurant Week specials menu. Arrival; parking was great, there is a parking garage next to the restaurant, but you have to walk all the way around the huge building to get back to the entrance. However, the surrounding Gables architectural views are stupendous. Upon entering, my wife and I were warmly greeted and promptly seated inside. We did not order from the 'Restaurant Week' menu, instead ordering the suggestion of the waiter, Jagersnitzel. This was delicious, filleted, pressed pork chops smothered in gravy with mushrooms/bacon and sides of pasta belles and sauerkraut. My wife ordered from the lunch menu, after asking if this could be done. She had a Black Forrest ham and Swiss sandwich. She ate all of this but she usually brings ½ home in a doggie bag. I ordered a dark German beer and my wife had Dewar's scotch. The waiter also brought us beer schnapps, a specialty of this German Bierhaus. Afterwards, for dessert; I ordered an espresso ice cream and my frau the apple strudel. Both were excellent! Also, while there, we watched the Florida Marlins baseball team play the Tampa Bay Devil Rays on one of the many large TV screens that are scattered about the restaurant. Leaving, we had to negotiate thru the tables outside in the open air plaza, and back around the building to the elevator to the parking garage, but viewing all the Gables shops nearby was an experience for my wife who had not been back in years.Worldwide > United States > Miami, FL > Restaurants
