I should’ve listened to all the negative reviews. Where this place fails the most is in putting the client first. They fail to recognize that “word of mouth” is worth more than anything for future brides. I will definitely speak openly to all my coworkers and friends who are not yet married about my experience there. Way to make a bride want to cry. When I arrived, I was observed from head to toe, looked at as if I was inferior. There was no smile when they greeted me; just a cold snobbish face followed by a series of cold questioning. Thanks for congratulating me and smiling (NOT). They are only interested in your money; obviously... If they cared about their business and were passionate about their work, they would show it in their way of welcoming brides. Nancy bombarded me with questions which clearly aimed at finding out whether I was able to afford them and made me feel VERY uncomfortable. ZERO skills with clients. I will do all in my power to stop everyone I know from going there. I’ve never felt so disrespected and analysed. I don’t care if they have the TOP notch materials, I’d rather pay 5 times more to travel and find my dress than to deal with their arrogance. They are willing to help you if you’re rich. Otherwise, expect to be treated with attitude and rude faces. These women need a lesson in HUMILITY. As I had heard, it is true that they are incredibly pushy throughout the whole process. Their product is timeless but their SNOB, MATERIALISTIC, RUDE, PRIDEFUL, ARROGANT personalities make me say that I will NEVER even invest a penny there. Believe me.. this place is arrogance in a box.
