I also was a life lone customer with McDonald's, today I ordered dinner for myself and my daughter and when I got home my order was wrong again. So tonight I gave my daughter my dinner and will not be eating dinner myself. I called the store and said the order was wrong again and and I didn't have the energy to drive back to the store tonight. The manager said I can come back another day to get my dinner I already payed for. Wowbthats what customer survice has turned into.

At age 71, I grew up with McDonalds and have been a life long customer. I feel that I need to write concerning store #27481 at Queen Creek Road and Power Road in Gilbert, AZ. The service and reliability of orders is probably the worst I have ever seen. At noon normally there is only 1 person working the counter and a long line of customers. There is no attempt at "fast service." To go orders are often wrong. Send a secret shopper in and you will get a surprise. Thank you.
