Was told that my furniture will be delivered on a certain day, when i called them the day off, they said oh we rescheduled you to tomm between 12-3pm. So next day I waited until 5 pm still no delivery and then i get a call at 6:30 we will be there in 10 mins....After they deliver the stuff they said they cant assemble it someone will come tomm.... well its been 3 days of me waiting and no one showed up....Every time I call they say " let me look into it and I will call you 5 mins" well so far 5 mins has turned into15 hrs and still no updates.... !! Unreliable would be an understatement !! These guys have no concept of customer service, they do not understand the importance of other people time and their communications skills are pretty much non-existent. A note for the store employees/owner: People do not sit at home all day and everyday. Most people do work . Remember the the money we pay you, well we do need work for that. Please stop assuming people sit at home waiting for you to deliver and/or assemble the furniture. When you tell people a time frame on a certain date please abide by that or at least let them know a day advance of the changes. By the way I am still waiting for the phone call that you told you will make in 5 mins and its been approx 15 hrs. now. Keep up the great work and the customers you don't care about will stop caring about you and your business. To add more to this i was just told by the manager Mr Anil " He has hundred of customers and one customer doesn't make a difference to his business". Furthermore hanging up on a customer really shows how much importance they give to a customer !!
