A VERY Disappointing experience today. I went in for the first time and the girl at the cash seemed to be upset that she had to take the ear phones out of her ear as she was listening to music on her phone to when I entered. She rolled her eyes at me, sighed ! What you want to wash you dog now? Well you will have to wait. I asked hour long? Her response was AT LEAST 1/2 HOUR. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AND I WILL LET OTHER DOG OWNERS know how we have been treated. It seems that they do not need the business.
