I received support every step of the way, from ordering granite, countertop design, all the way to fixing cabinet issues for the new countertop. I had my questions promptly answered and when delivery issues arose with the cabinet they were fixed without question. I love the new cabinets; they are a great for mid-level price but high end looking quality. The finish is great and the installation went really well. I will use Ceramic Tile World in the future. Terry really helped us design and put together our dream kitchen.

The only store we go to for any floor or wall tile no matter how big or small the job! We recommend Ceramic Tile World to all of our friends. The customer service is top notch, helpful patient staff that works with your budget and presents the best ideas for what you want! They provided great design inspiration and were nice to work with. They also had a great selection of countertops that we are going back so we can finish off the kitchen.

Terry is simply the best!! He has the best tile selection, at reasonable prices. I just recently had them do my bathroom and kitchen re-tiling and I must tell you, it looks like a million bucks. I was looking for a natural stone countertop that had specific colors in it to work with my décor. I looked at lots of countertop places but could not find anything I liked until we went shopping one afternoon near Toronto on the east side. We went to Ceramic Tile World because the store looked good driving by and they had a big sign with really low countertop prices. When we went inside we were pleased that everything was laid out well showing lots of good countertops types in all sorts of colors. We bought a marble countertop that looks modern. Thanks guys for a good install, I am recommending you from now on.

Good tile people that are really knowledgeable if you need help deciding what type of tile to use as there are so many different tile types and styles. If you are looking for top quality porcelain tile then this is the place. Thanks Terry for all your guidance, the tile looks great and I get complements all the time even from my contractor who installed the tile.

I went looking for bathroom tile starting with a countertop then tile. It started off looking like this could be a costly project. I ended up at this Ceramic Tile World because it is downtown and there it was, great countertops, backsplash and shower tile for a price that was perfect. Thanks Terry, who made this an easy, hassle free and cost effective tile project.

Floor tile can really be a hassle as finding the right design of tile may not be so easy. We finally bought floor and wall tile from Ceramic Tile World because they allowed us to mix and match whatever we wanted and for some reason the prices were really good for nice stuff. We just had our first dinner party and everybody complemented our tile choices and the job done. We will shop here again.
