I must admit we had a very pleasant experience with Imperial. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We just moved from up North and stored our stuff at Imperial. The facility is clean, with lots of security. We initially had problems booking our U-Haul for the weekend, but the office lady made it work nevertheless. We were surprised by the cost of storage in the lower mainland, but we received a free month of storage so that made up for it. Highly recommend.
