ordered a set of dinning table and chairs November 01, 2014, and moved into our new home in December. Sales person said they will arrive in about 10 weeks, we waited, waited and waited, until now, March 27, 2015, we still do not have a formal dinning set. called them several time, each time the same story, will contact us, but never happened unless we call them. bad enough eh? they screwed up the delivery AGAIN once the furniture finally arrived (thanks GOD), while, it looks that I have to take time off again to accept the furniture as they only delivery on weekdays, and they are telling me what date it is. if I did not call them back talking about the 2nd delivery, they will cancel my order...
