ACS Martial Arts

ACS has been serving the valley for over 30 years.

During that time, we have helped thousands of individuals meet their goals in the following areas: self-defense, fitness, discipline, and competition.

In addition to helping individuals develop strong self-defense, we have coached many individuals to attain regional, state, national, and even world championships in a variety of martial arts.

At ACS we offer training in three different martial arts:
•Kenpo Jiu-Jitsu
•Tai Qi / Qi Gong (Tai Chi / Chi Gong)
•Goju-Shorei Weapons System
