I had the good fortune to select Kinkade's Auto Repair when my car needed to have its air conditioning system vacuumed out before I re-charged it. T.J. was friendly and gave exceptional service. What I consider the best positive attribute in a service provider, is honesty. T.J. showed me and explained where & why (when my care had been converted from R12 to 134A) the needle on the high side pressure port wouldn't show a reading if a gauge was connected to it. His intent wasn't to try to sell me anything, just to inform me. T.J. also didn't try to gauge me in the cost of the repair when he learned I drove a Corvette, like some repair shops do. I work on my own cars, but some things I can't do myself. I will definitely come back to Kinkade's. Thank You T.J. you give car repair shops a GOOD name! Lisa
