Life Skills Development

My services focuses on making the most of one's full potential through counseling and coaching. I stress the mind, body and spiritual connection to reaching one's goals. I conduct individual and group counseling services to clients of diverse backgrounds from teens to the elderly population. My passion is to empower and inspire youth and adults in overcoming obstacles that hinder their everyday success through my counseling and coaching services. I also like to work with entrepreneurs, small businesses, Employee Assistance Programs and organizations in leadership development, customer service develpment, work related stress and conflict management.
My knowledge and training in Industrial & Organizational (I-O)psychology and mental health counseling is supported by over ten years of experience working in the hospital and hospitality industry. As a Red Cross mental health disaster volunteer, I am available to comfort those in need after a disaster or a trauma.
I have a passion and dedication to empowing and inspiring others. I am available for stress management, life coaching, career coaching, personal professional development. I am at the onset of an anointed journey that will take me globally where I am destined to impact many lives, young and old.
