I called to check if they could bore out an engine .010” over. The person on the phone kept talking to someone else and had me repeat what I said. They said they could do it and to bring it in. Brought it in and they said I needed both the pistons and rings to do the job. I didn’t’ have it with me so I drove home and back 45 minutes each way to get the parts. When I get there they say they can’t do it because they can’t guarantee the work because I didn’t buy the parts from them. It was the same aftermarket brand that they carried on the shelf. Said I could try returning the parts and buying it from them. They were happy to point that out and said I would have to go to a machine shop. Also needed a seal but they didn’t have it on hand and the rep didn’t even try to order it for me. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in awhile. I should have returned the belt I purchased from them earlier. If it takes any more work than necessary they will not do it or will reluctantly do it. I give zero stars.
