Rains Construction has poor workmanship and the owner, Doug Rains, refuses to accept responsibility for his lack of quality control. I bought a house built by him within the 2 year homebuilders warranty period. There was leaking coming from the master bathroom ruining my carpets, walls and baseboards. He refused to take responsibility and honor the warranty. I am now having to pay out of pocket to get this issue resolved. I will take any and every possibility to let as many people know to stay away from him and his business. His houses may look nice, but they are put together poorly by a man who doesn't care!!!
