Repugnant Man, Professionally and Personally
I rented a house from Mr. Mitchell and found the entire six months that we had to deal with him a nightmare. He refuses to accept phone calls or emails, so any communication between him and you must be via US Mail or hand delivered notes....

Mr. Mitchell is definitely a grumpy old man type. I imagine he has had to develop a "tough" attitude because of his dealings with many poor tenants.
