The Islands Family YMCA offers programs to build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all. Programs include over 60 fitness classes a week, an outdoor pool which is covered for full year use, part-time child care center, before & after school care, summer day camp, a paved mile-long outdoor trail, a full service recreational and competitive gymnastics studio, indoor and outdoor rock climbing walls and ropes course.
