This woman is just disgruntled with her life. No one can please her. Herb is an excellent mechanic and he never oversells you on extra parts or services. He investigated an electrical problem on my 1985 300SD, and I know he put in way more time on it than he charged me for. He always does a thorough job, I'd recommend his service above all in Ventura for Mercedes Benz service!

I can say nothing but good things about all the people at Star Motors, especially Herb and Vicki. I had exactly the same experience as Joe D. and cannot recommend them highly enough. I have driven Mercedes Benz, used and new, since 1968. This business gives much better service than the dealers possibly because they aren't beholden to corporate. Why does the woman complaining not give her name?

Star Motors is an excellent place to have your car repaired and serviced. I have been coming to Star Motors for about a year now and have been incredibly--and consistently--satisfied with their level of service and professionalism. Herb has repeatedly proven himself to be both a knowledgeable and talented mechanic in getting my old Benz back on the road. He's always ready to answer my many questions or take a quick look under the hood. And Vicki is a gem: always helpful, always kind.
