100% Satisfaction
Shop is big and full of inventory, surprizing since most stores in the area were empty. The guys in the front were busy but once I talked to Jaime he gave me his full attention and did a wonderful job on following through with what was promised. Stereo Land
I first went to stereo land about a year ago to buy some rims and tires for my girlfriends car. Rick was the man to help us out, and that is exactly what he did. The price, customer service, and quality of goods were more than expected. Rick went above and beyond to help me when I bought rims and tires for my truck. At first I liked the rims I picked out but within a couple of days i thought I made a mistake with my pick. I went back to stereo land and explained to Rick about my problem and he had no hesitation to get me exactly what i wanted to make me happy. He got right on it and got me what i wanted without paying anything extra. Thats the customer service thats needed. Iv'e been going back ever since. WON'T GO BACK OR REFER ANY1 TO GO
GOT MY STEREO SYSTEM INSTALLED AND WITHIN 2 DAYS ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS WERE POPPING UP ALL OVER THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN I COULDN'T TURN MY VOLUME DOWN OR THE STEREO OFF OR THE BASS FROM MY SUBS WOULD GO CRAZY! THEN GOT HID LIGHTS INSTALLED AND HAD TO TURN MY LIGHTS ON AND OFF 3 TO 4 TIMES FOR BOTH OF MY LIGHTS TO TURN ON AND SOMETIMES JUST 1 WOULD TURN OFF ON ITS OWN WHILE I WAS DRIVING. NOT COOL. I ALSO KNOW OF 2 OTHER PEOPLE THAT HAD SYSTEMS AND HID LIGHTS INSTALLED THERE THAT THEY HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS WITH THEY HAD TO RETURN A FEW TIMES TO GET EM FIXED. INCONVENIENT. AS I PULLED UP TO ASK ABOUT MY LIGHTS TURNING OFF I SEEN A MUSTANG PULLING UP WITH HID LIGHTS AND HIS WERE FLICKERING...SO IM GUESSING THEY ARE DOING SOMETHING WRONG ON A LOT OF CARS. WILL NOT GO THERE EVER AGAIN AND WILL NOT REFER ANY1 ELSE TO GO THERE.

Stereo Land is a professional shop
In November of 2010 I took my 2010 Ford Flex in to have a bass system installed. They gave me the same if not better prices then you can get online. They Installed a set of rims with the factory low air sensors in as well. Then a week later I had them install a DVD system in the headliner, and when the head liner was down they let me instal a custom Thule roof rack system. They stayed late on a Friday night to make sure my car was put back together the right way, and Then there was a noise coming from the sub woofer so they put a new one in and tuned the system until I was satisfied. In the future I would most certainly take my cars and trucks back to them for more work. Thanks Jaime and RickAmerican Express
