Not So Bad, Not So Great
We (my roommate and I) rented from Partlow for a year, and probably wouldn't do so again. While I don't believe they're the best place to rent from, I'm also under the impression it could have been a lot worst.

Money Grubbers for Nothing!
I gave 1 star only because I had to rate them....I have never experienced a management company that really does not care about their tenants. like Partlow. I think the hardest part is that I rented from the owner and I got used to them...
