BROKEN HEATER - UNHELPFUL RUDE STAFF!

The room was freezing! It took two hours for someone to come 'fix' the heater and then it was barely lukewarm, in the middle of winter! The room and lobby were just depressing.

I was told that in the winter rooms must be paid in advance....
