CareSource is a home health care agency and hospice located in Salt Lake City, UT. Our loving, professional staff provides hospice care in our patients' homes and in a variety of inpatient settings that includes Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities. We offer our patients emotional, spiritual and bereavement support wherever they live.

Since December of 2001, CareSource has been proud to offer Utah's only dedicated inpatient hospice facility. It is a stand-alone building for short term hospice and pain management care. This dignified and warm environment allows us to provide a variety of treatments necessary to the comfort of our patients. This is a realistic option for families that don't have home care as an option.
