After going back and forth for a while with their internet department, they finally made a decent deal on a 2010 Impreza 2.51 Special Edition. We will see what happens when we pick up the car

What has happened?
Service has gone from 1ST to worst. The people who made it friendly and nice have been fired? For 18 plus years if I had a problem the service manager went out of his way to help me, I now find out he is gone. NOBODY seems to care...
