A portal to another dimension
I read a fantastic comic book series once called Timespirits. In one chapter the two protagonists enter a kind of cosmic Grand Central Station with portals leading to various alternate universes, the past and future of this world, etc....Worldwide > United States > Salt Lake City, UT > Antiques
