My pool was completely screwed up by these people. If you don't believe me, google Shane Bandy Legal Utah. You'll see how he obtained a license under false pretenses, got it revoked, declared bankruptcy and stiffed the local subcontractor community with $500,000 in unpaid bills. He even stiffed his ex wife for child support payments. It's all there at dopl.utah.gov/orders/2010-440_AA_2010-12-14.pdf. Don't be fooled! I was, and it was one of the most expensive experiences of my life.
