Terrible customer service. Went there and told the young lady my old camper was leaking from the roof. She said to use a rubber tape to seal any seams. The product was not cheap at $4.00 a foot for sixteen feet. I hired someone to apply the tape. The tape failed at the first rain, and damaged the inside of the camper, as we had taken off the tarp. I found out that this tape is only meant for rubber roofs. She never asked what my roof was made of. If she asked, I would have found out, but being a senior citizen old lady I depended on her expertise. She should have asked, instead of selling me the wrong tape, instead of the correct product for metal roofs. The owner was rude and sarcastic and refused to refund me for the tape all I asked for. So onto small claims court and now will ask for repairs for damage caused by the failure of the tape. Too bad was planning to buy a new camper next year, will do but absolutely not from Midway.
