Good service at Mac HQ
I'll give Mac HQ credit -- when I complained about an excessive service charge, they contacted me and offered to correct the situation. On my next visit, they gave me 10 percent off my purchase. The little things add up.

Great Service
Seems that companies are neglecting service to their customers, but not Mac HQ. They are super. Have had a couple of issues with our computers and every time, the problems were solved. They do not try to up sell which is a great thing....

Love This Place
I love this store. I parked about 20 feet from the door, walked in, (heard a Mac start up when I opened the door, very cool) and left my Mac for service.
