Our Difference is that we are family owned and operated and we know our customers by name. Even their children! Our business is exceptionally transparent in that I choose to hide nothing. Our main plant is fully visible to any customer standing at our front counter. Production is carried on right in full sight. Customers are often taken back to the production area for an explanation of the process used to correct or service their garments. Our stores are fully carpeted and air conditioned to ensure a clean appealing appearance and a stable moisture/humid controlled environment for the garments being processed.
