disappointing service
My mother's Climate Masters' purchased (Carrier brand) heat pump has been broken for 6+ months. Climate Masters has given excuse after excuse for not servicing it. It's under warranty, so they won't make any extra money for the repair. ...Worldwide > United States > St. Louis, MO > Air Conditioning
