I was actually just in here today to get some gas and some food. I noticed that their bathrooms were very clean. I cannot stand to go to a place with dirty bathrooms. They have pretty good pizza and the employees are friendly

Substandard customer service

I've visited the station at various times of day. Register lines are long frequently and there's only one cashier on duty.
There is often another person, usually female, busy in other parts of the place. The two I usually see are said to be managers, and to be honest, one often comes to help but the younger one ignores the problem.
I'm a busy person and I like to get in and out but I feel if I'm not important enough to be helped in a timely fashion, I'll take the time to go somewhere else.
