Very Unpolite and Cold
Charged me $500 to fix a minor issue.But as I wanted my car fixed I really did not worry too much about the money. But the car died the next day . Called them and their response was very unpolite and rude and were not even sympathetic and would not claim responsibility and said that that was not their problem. Dont know how to talk to a customer and were pretty arrogant. Judy , the Garage owner's wife even sarcastically remarked that she would give my $500 back , but would make sure that my Car would never start again.Sounded almost like a threat. Gone are those good old days were people were polite. Theye sounded that they were doing me a favour and servicing me for free when I gave them my trust and paid them . Will never go there again and I strongly recommend to hang your self respect on your coat hanger at your home if you go there.

Jim Miles' Garage is really the pits.
I agree with the guy who says they are very unfriendly and downright rude. Took my car there for an alternator & maintenance ($500), two days later my battery light came on. I called the shop and was told that's NORMAL. Huh? I took it to Dobbs and they soaked me for a (another) new alternator as Miles Garage said it was not their problem. I had just bought an alternator from them the week before! I also needed a new battery because when the alternator died, it sucked the battery dry and it would no longer charge. At least as Dobbs is screwing me they treat me with respect and a smile, and they do guarantee their work. Apparently Jim Miles does not.

I have been going to this garage for 20 years. He is honest with his work. I have sent numerous customers to him and they have saved alot of money from quotes from other shops. EVERY emergency with our cars he has fit them in and did them in the same day except for an engine rebuild. And as for his wife Judy, you could not find a nicer woman. This is the best garage in town! Do not hesitate to trust your vehicle with them.

This is a fabulous business, friendly, fast, and knowledgeable! They performed and followed through with each detail. Details are so important when it your car! Very highly recommended!!!!!!!! We have one foreign car and one domestic. We also have an antique car, Jim's knowledge base is superior.
