Unprofessional and unprepared

Purchased a swimming pool from Pool King.
Installer rescheduled twice, no showed/no called on final day of pool install.
Delayed over 3 days.
Three tons of sand sitting in my drive way....(mind you, four houses with 4-5 kids per house...
