I have had Dave do some painting, and so other work for me, but recently he has blown me off. I call a month to have him come out to give me an estimate on attaching shutters on my house, and a couple of other things. He did not show up or call. I correctly remember that he made a comment to me on the phone which didn't sound right, but I let it go. 2 weeks ago I called again to have him come out to look at the shutter he said he would be out on Thursday and he NEVER showed up or called and I have heard from him since. I am trying to budgeting these repairs in and I think he rejecting these estimate. it is complicated, but I don't think he is very reliable right now. I think he just LOST a customer. Beware, he is reasonable in prices, but he will eventually blow you off. he turns on you. Very poor business!!!!!!!
